Pressure and stress will decreased your fertility as both makes us sad, the feeling of depressed, tired and no positive spirits to believe in good things. Modern women including me suffer a great deal of this. We woke up early morning, rushing to get to work, honking and speeding to avoid dreadful traffics, attend long tiring meetings, handling office issues and stuff, skip breakfast / lunch, rush again to get back home, handling house chores and resting the day off with the heavy feeling coz tomorrow we will face the same things again…

Over years you get used to it…and starting to believe this is part of you without realizing the tension and stress has actually decaying your good long life without you even noticing it…the major contribution to the issues of fertility that affects the hormonal imbalance.

I admit that I’m a victim of this environment ( stress + other factors) …environment that has taken a lot of good spirits within me...at times the feeling of loss in dismay and the feeling of accepting everything as fate or nothing can change no matter what I do. Thankfully being a Muslim we will always turn to our Creator to ask for continuous strength through prayers or supplication...and there are times when my motivation is elevated so high that nothing matters as long as I still believe that one fine day it will eventually happen to me…I have trust and faith in God…so for the time being besides prayers, good medication and supplements, there are many alternatives that promotes fertility …so while browsing I found about aromatherapy, which can help improve a woman’s reproductive health and increase one’s ability to get pregnant by reducing stress and promoting overall good health.

"In aromatherapy, essential oils are used in order to stimulate relaxation in the muscles and to relieve tension. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant substances, distilled from roots, seeds, barks and leaves. They are usually costly because of the tiny amounts of oil present in a plant and because of the difficulties in extracting it."

"Because essential oils are so concentrated, they should not be applied directly to the skin. Instead, try the following methods:

• Massage: dilute the essential oil in a base such as grapeseed oil, wheatgerm or almond oil; the essential oil should be in the region of 1 to 3 per cent of the quantity of the base. Massage can also be an excellent getting pregnant aphrodisiac and you and your partner can take turns massaging one another. Daily massage can be especially helpful to your reproductive system starting on the final day of your period


• Oil Burner: add 3 to 4 drops of essential oils to a container holding water that is heated by a small candle, allowing the aromas to gently fill the air. It is believed that the healing properties of aromatherapy enter the body through the capillaries of the nose


• Baths: add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to a warm bath in order to reduce stress, depression and anxiety. If you’re sensitive to essential oils, try diluting them in some base oil or a little milk and allow the oils to disperse before entering the bath

• Rose: aroma therapists recommend rose to regulate the reproductive system. Rose also helps alleviate feelings of sadness - My perfect pick essential oil from Crabtree & Evelyn’s only at RM 44.90.


• Geranium: a calming oil which is said to have estrogenic properties, which have a balancing effect on hormones. Geranium combines particularly well with rose


• Melissa (also known as Balm): a relaxing essential oil which improves your overall mood, Melissa also helps with menstrual problems


• Chamomile: a calming essential oil that relieves menstrual ailments such as pain


• Basil: a strong oil that helps improve overall energy and which helps strengthen reproductive health


• Relaxing Oils: these include lavender and jasmine and promote relaxation as well as improve libido"

Updates || Get Together & a Muffins Snippets

I’ve not been blogging for quite sumtimes..

I’ve been rather busy with the Eid Fitri preparation and before that was Ramadhan where I guess I lost my energy to writing especially during the day…while nite time during Ramadhan has always been my personal time with dearest hubby, family, fren or just about myself…

So last Saturday is more of a family and selected fren get together in conjunction with the Eid Fitri celebration plus…to kill 2 bird with 1 stone it is also sum sort of like a house warming treat to all my family members who has been asking when are we going to have one : )

I just hope that everyone who attended the event had a big smile and happy tummy leaving my house : )

I know we can't be pleasing everyone as human err is to critics and comments or pass remark with only God knows whether for the good or bad intentions at the back of their mind… I take it with good heart coz as long as they do the talking there is no communication breakdown in between : )

A’way, I never knew that I could baked…though I have always admire those who can…sumday I told myself that I will baked e’thing that I lurve to see and eat that need the oven to work it out..by this I’m talking about cakes, pastry and all the sweet sugary food that melt by heart away…

Muffin has not really been my favorites but I thot of starting with sumthing simple..yeah the basic baking rules..like checking on the oven, inserting a toothpick to check whether its ready or not, beating the ingredients to right combinations..yeah those simple do’s and don’t that I still need to learnt a lot…

So proudly presenting Mysury Home Made Muffin that was served to all the guest that came last Saturday… A special thank for my future to be Brother-In-Law for his kind help from start till finish : )

Ermm…another idea to be added to the In-Laws…huhu!

My Ashdene Moments

Has always been in love with this Ashdene collection ( long before I have my own house to decorate n long before I earn my own living..ahaks!), of coz being single and young at that time, I’ve always dream to be a collector of this product someday.

Today, I guess my dream come true and I’m a happy owner of the Missy 3 tier cake stand with the proud marking of fine bone china ( I do have a plan in mind to rent this thing out though : )) Considering the price is a bit expensive (their tag “where quality matter”), one must think of way to get sumthing out of sumthing certainly : )

This item is open for rental, suitable for the wedding hantaran (cup cakes, pastry and such) and for other creative purpose.
